Therapeutic Expression Through Art - Youth Group
This 2 hr group will run weekly, and is designed for girls ages 12-16.
The participants will engage in group discussions with various weekly themes, and will then create artwork related to themes discussed. Participants will learn painting techniques as well as communication and regulation skills.
Discussion themes will include: conflict resolution, body positivity, healthy boundaries, navigating peer pressure and friendships. Each participant will have individual time with a therapist to discuss specific concerns.
