Therapeutic Expression Through Art - Youth Group
This 1.5 hr group will run weekly for 4 weeks. It is designed for girls ages 12-16.
The participants will engage in group discussions with various weekly themes, and will then create artwork related to themes discussed. Participants will learn painting techniques as well as communication and regulation skills.
Discussion themes will include: conflict resolution, body positivity, healthy boundaries, navigating friendships, and peer pressure. Each participant will have individual time with a therapist to discuss specific concerns.
Dates: Thursdays - 4:00pm - 5:30pm (November 20th to December 18th, 2025)
Location: 15561 Marine Drive
Cost: $375 (includes all required art supplies)
Eligible for reimbursement through most extended health benefits plans.

Receipts for extended health reimbursement will be provided after each session.
You only need to register for the November 20th session on the Jane website (click link below) and you will be registered for the full program, running November 20, 2025 to December 18, 2025.
